Robin's Holiday Toffee Bark

Ingredients

  • 12-15 Graham Crackers
  • 1 1/2 sticks of butter
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/8 teas. salt
  • 1 1/2-2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2-2 cups of chopped assorted nuts

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Line a 11x17 jellyroll pan or cookie sheet with sides with foil. Place graham crackers in pan. Melt butter, sugar and salt over med./low heat. Whisk to blend. Pour over graham crackers and bake for 10 minutes. Scatter chips over crackers; putback in oven for 1 minute then smooth chips over cracker mix. Sprinkle nuts over chocolate. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or freeze for 10. Break bark into desired size pieces.
