Ham and Cheese Oven Omelet

Ingredients

  • *Seasoned Salt:
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1-6 oz. sliced ham, beef or corned beef, torn into small pieces
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 3 T. finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt*
  • 1-4 oz. can drained mushrooms
  • 1/2 c. salt
  • 1 T. celery salt
  • 1 T. garlic salt
  • 1 T. paprika
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Beat eggs, milk and seasoned salt. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into greased 13x9-inch baking dish or 8x8x2-inch dish. Cook, uncovered, at 325 degrees until top is golden brown (40 to 45 minutes). Makes 6 servings.
