- 1 can cream of mushroom
- 2 cups cooked chicken
- 1 cup celery
- 1 can water chestnuts (drained and sliced)
- 1 small can of mushrooms
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 2-3 green onions-sliced
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 can chow mein noodles (2 cups)
- celery stalk, 4 chicken bouillons, 1 tbs curry, onion and salt for cooking chicken

Boil chicken with celery stalk, 4 chicken bouillons, 1 tbs curry, onion and salt.
Mix all ingredients except noodles. Layer 1/2 noodles in casserole dish. Add meat mixture. Top with noodles. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
