Japanese Steak House Salad Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 C. onion, finely chopped
  • 1 T. ginger
  • 1/8 C. celery, finely chopped
  • dash of grated lemon peel
  • 2/3 C. water
  • 1/2 C. rice wine vinegar
  • 1 t. salt
  • 1/2 t. sugar
  • 1 1/2 t. Accent (optional)
  • 1/4 t. peper
  • 2/3 C. soy sauce
  • 3/4 to 1 C. salad oil
  • 2 t. tomato paste

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients. Add a few drops of lemon juice and mix thoroughly. For best flavor, use within 3 days.
