Ingredients

    package frozen chopped spinach - (10 oz) thawed

  • 1

    can artichoke bottoms - (13 3/4 oz)

  • 2

    garlic cloves

  • 8

    ounces cream cheese

  • 1

    cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1/4

    teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper

Directions

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 1-quart ovenproof pan. In a food processor, process spinach, artichokes, garlic, cream cheese, Parmesan and pepper until well combined, scraping down sides of processor, as needed. Spread mixture in prepared pan. Bake until warmed through, about 30 minutes. Serve hot with sliced vegetables. This recipe yields 8 servings.
