Ingredients
- 1 LB. GROUND BEEF
- 1 T. FAT
- 1/2 CUP CHOPPED ONION
- 2 CUPS FRESH OR CANNED CORN
- 1/2 CUP SLICED OLIVES
- 1/2 CUP CHOPPED GREEN PEPPER
- SALT AND PEPPER
- CORNBREAD TOPPING (I USE WEINSENBERGER MILL CORN BREAD MIX)

Preparation
Step 1
BROWN THE MEAT IN THE FAT. ADD ONION AND COOK UNTIL TENDER. ADD REMAINING INGRED. EXCEPT TOPPING. POUR INTO A GREASED 1 1/2 QT. CASSEROLE. MAKE TOPPING AND SPREAD OVER MEAT. BAKE IN A 350 OVEN 35 TO 40 MINS.
