Ingredients
- rub mixture :
- 1 pork loin weighing 3-4 pounds
- 4 teaspoons garlic powder
- 4 teaspoons crumbled dried rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with foil. Place pork loin in dish, fat side down. Rub both sides of the pork loin with the spices mixture. Bake for 30 minutes, flip the pork loin, and bake the other side for 25 minutes. Let the meat stand to cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
