Ingredients
- 1 head green cabbage, chopped
- 1 `/3 c shredded flaked coconut (raw)
- 2 T lemon juice
- 1/4 c olive oil
- 1/4 c soy sauce
- 3 T sesame seeds
- 1/2 t curry powder
- 2 stalks scallions (diced)
- 1/2 carrot, finely sliced
- a handful of cashews

Step 1
In large bowl, toss together all ingredients, making sure cabbage is evenly coated.
