Ingredients
- 2-4 thawed salmon fillets
- 2 tbs grape seed oil
- 2 tbs brown sugar
- 2 tbs paprika
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp thyme -optiional
- 1/8 tsp ground coriander
- 1/8 tsp ground cumin
- 1/16 tsp cayenne pepper
Preparation
Step 1
mix all and rub on to salmon. let sit for 15 min. Cake with as much rub on the fillets as possible, and then blacken fillets in an oiled pan at med-high heat.
