Ingredients
- 3 lbs gd bf
- 1/4-1/3 gd pk
- 6 slices rye bread
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 c sauteed onions
- 3/4 c milk (scant)
- 1 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp allspice
- butter for sauteing

Preparation
Step 1
Put bread in food chopped
mix with seasonings
Beat eggs and add some milk
Put bread mix in milk to soften
Saute onions in butter
Mix beef and pork well, then add remaining ingredients
Bake in oven at 350 for 35-40 minutes
May patially bake and finish later
Make 30 meatballs
