- 3/4 pound green beans
- 1/2 pound wax beans
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon crumbled thyme leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon crumbled marjoram or oregano leaves

Step 1
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Trim beans. In a jelly-roll pan toss beans with oil, salt, thyme and marjoram until evenly coated.
Roast 20 minutes, turning beans once or twice for even browning.
