Sour Cream Baby Biscuits

You may need to buy a mini-muffins tin to make this recipe, but it will be so worth it !!

Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • ( or 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • plus 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • and 1/2 teaspoon salt )

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Melt the butter, and mix into the sour cream.
Add to the flour. Spoon into the ungreased mini-muffin tins, filling each about 2/3 full. Bake until lightly golden brown on the edges, about 10 minutes.
