- 1/3 CUP CONFECTIONERS SUGAR
- 1/2 TSP. VANILLA EXTRACT
- 2 TSP. HOT WATER
- 1/4 TSP. SALT
Preparation
Step 1
MIX WATER AND SALT TOGETHER UNTIL SALT IS DISSOLVED
IN A SMALL BOWL, BEAT MARSHMELLOW CREME, SHORTENING, CONFECTIONERS SUGAR AND VANILLA UNTIL LIGHT AND FLUFFY, ADD THE SALT MIXTURE.
CHOCOLATE GANACHE FROSTING
1 CUP SEMISWEET CHOCOLATE CHIPS (6 OZ.)
3/4 CUP HEAVY WHIPPING CREAM
MELT CREAM WITH CHOCOLATE CHIPS, STIR UNTIL SMOOTH.
