Ingredients
- 1 salmon cut into fillets (about 1.25 lbs)
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp paprila- smoked if possible
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/16 tsp ground corriender
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp vegetable oil

Step 1
In a large zip top bag, mix OJ & Lemon Juice. Add the Salmon, remove as much air as possible, seal and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 400
Use vegetable oil to lightly oil a shallow baking dish
Combine all the spices in a small bowl
After the salmon has marinated for 30 minutes, remove salmon from marinade and pat dry. Discard marinade. Rub spice mix all over salmon and put in baking dish skin side down.
Bake for 10-15 minutes depending on thickness of fish.
