Ingredients
- 2 slices of peach, plus more to garnish
- 1/4-1/2 ounce simple syrup (to preference)
- 3-4 mint leaves, plus more for garnish
- 5 dashes of bitters (preferably peach)
- 2 oz bourbon
- club soda (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Muddle 1st 4 ingredients in rocks glass until mint leaves are bruised and peaches have released their juices. Fill glass with ice, add bouron and stir to combine. Top with a splash of club soda if desired, and garnish with peach slice and mint sprig.
