- GRISSIMI BREAD STICKS
- DICED ONION
- DICED TOMATO
- TWO GARLIC CLOVES
- SPICES (VEGGIE SPICE, SALT, PEPPER)
- 1 EGG

Preparation
Step 1
USING BLENDER DICE UP SEVERAL BREAD STICKS INTO FINE CRUMBS
BLEND THE TOMATOES AND EGG TOGETHER.
ADD THE EGGS, GARLIC AND THE DICED BREAD CRUMBS AND TOMATO MIXTURE AND SPICES TO THE GROWN CHICKEN
MIX ALL TOGETHER. EITHER MAKE INTO MEAT BALLS OR SIMPLY FRY UP TILL WELL DONE.
Serve over a salad as your protein source
