Ingredients
- Pork roast- boneless
- Sea salt
- Pepper
- Rosemary
- Canola oil
- 4 oz Chicken or vegetable broth
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325
Sprinkle decent amount of salt and pepper on pork
Brown pork in oil
Sprinkle rosemary on outside
Put Slits in pork and fit garlic cloves in slits
Put in roaster pan with broth - any liquid will do
Cover
Cook for 25 min per pound of meat
