ICE CREAM Easy homemade Strawberry ice cream

Ingredients

  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 (14 ounce) can Eagle Brand Sweetened condensed milk not evaporated milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chopped strawberries
  • 2 cups (1 pint) whipping cream whipped.
  • 2 cups fresh or (1cup unsweetened frozen strawberries mashed or pureed)
  • 1/2 cup sugar to fresh strawberries if using them.

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl, beat egg yolks, stir in Eagle Brand milk, vanilla, and mashed strawberries. Fold in whipped cream. Fold in chopped strawberries after adding whipped cream. Pour mixture into freezing container. Fill to about 3 inches from top of one gallon freezer with whole milk.
