Pork Tenderloin with Sage Rub

Ingredients

  • Rub: 2 tbsp dried sage
  • 1 1/2 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 2 tenderloins
  • 6 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup sage leaves
  • 1 garlic clove, slivered
  • 1 tsp mashed anchovy fillets

Preparation

Step 1

1. Prepare rub and massage into tenderloins 30 minutes ahead

2. In a small saucepan, cook butter, olive oil, sage, and garlic about 10 minutes. Stir in anchovy and let stand 10 minutes. Strain butter and keep warm.

3. Grill tenderloins until 145-150
