Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
- 1 cup melted butter
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl beat the eggs and blend in the milk.
Add the salt and flour, and beat until smooth.
Add the melted butter and blend well.
Beat in the baking powder until well mixed.
Pour the batter onto a hot waffle iron, and bake according to
the manufacturer's directions.
Makes about 6 round waffles the size of a breakfast plate.
