Ingredients
- 2 cups milk
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1/2 teas. salt
- 2 cups light cream
- 2 tablespoons vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
Scald 2 cups milk.
Combine 2 eggs (beaten) 3/4 cups sugar and 1 tablespoon flour.
Add 1/2 teas. salt.
Stir constantly until slightly thickened, Cool then add 2 cups light cream and 2 tablespoons vanilla.
Yield 1 1/2 quarts FREEZE!!
