Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

  • 400 ml heavy cream
  • 1-2 tsp instant coffee
  • 8 T cocoa powder
  • 2-3 T Cognac
  • powdered sugar, to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Mis all well until completely dissolved. Pour into ISI shipper. Screw in cream charger and shake vigorously. Serve well chilled.
