Ingredients
- 20 oz. pkg. Simply potatoes hash brown shreds
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 6 oz. (1 1/2 c.) shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 T. chopped onion
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients, except potatoes; mix well. Fold potatoes into cheese mixture. Place in a greased pan (1 1/2-quart casserole dish). Bake 45 to 50 minutes.
