Salt Crusted Baked Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 Russet potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, good quality
  • 4 tablespoons salt, (I prefer flaked sea salt)
  • plastic wrap to microwave, optional
  • toppings, optional (pulled pork is amazing!)

Preparation

Step 1

Pre-heat oven to 425 F.

Pour salt onto a small plate and set aside.

Place in oven-safe dish or on baking tray.

Bake for about 40 minutes. (1 hour if not microwaved)
Cool slightly and enjoy!
