Ingredients
- Cocktail Sauce ( Makes 2/1/2 cup servings)
- 2 cups ketchup
- 1/4 cup prepared horseradish
- 2 Tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tablespoon hot sauce
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- TARTAR SAUCE
- Makes 2 1/2 cup
- 1 cup diced white onion
- 1 cup dill pickle relish drained and
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- salt & pepper
- Puree onionand relish in food processor.
- Combine all and put in fridge.
