Potato Kielbasa Skillet

Ingredients

• 1 ln red potatoes, cubed
• 3 T water
• 3/4 lb kielbasa sliced 1/4"
• 1/2 c chopped onion
• 1 T oil
• 2 T br sugar
• 2 T vinegar
• 1 T dijo1/
• 2 tsp thyme
• 1/4 tsp pepper
• 5 strips bacon cooked and crumbles

Preparation

Step 1

Place potatoes and water in Micro.Cover and micro 4 minutes until tender - drain
In skillet saute kielbasa, and onion in oil until tender.
Add potatoes and saute 3-5 more until potatoes are slightly browned
Combine sugar, vinegar, mustrd, thyme and pepper
Bring to a boil and simmer uncoverd 2-3 Add bacon
