Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. sausage
  • 3 cup frozen hash browns, thawed
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 12 beaten eggs
  • 2 cups milk

Preparation

Step 1

Cook sausage in a skillet until browned, stirring to crumble. Drain. Place hash browns in a lightly greased 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle with salt. Layer sausage and cheese. Combine eggs and milk. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes.
