Ingredients
- 8 oz uncooked fettuccine
- 4 bacon strips, chopped
- 3/4 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
- 14 1/2 can diced tomatoes with garlic & onion, drained
- 2 c fresh baby spinach, coarsely chopped
- 3/4 c heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 t dried sage leaves
- 1/2 c grated parmesan cheese, divided
- 3/4 lb peeled & deveined cooked med shrimp

Preparation
Step 1
Cook fettuccine according to package directions. In lg skillet cook bacon over med heat until crisp. Remove to paper towels with slotted spoon; drain, reserving 2 t drippings.
In same skillet saute chicken in reserved drippings until chicken juices run clear. Remove & keep warm.
Add tomatoes, spinach, cream, sage & 1/4 c cheese to skillet; cook & stir over med heat until slightly thickened & spinach is wilted. Drain fettuccine & add to skillet. Stir in chicken & shrimp; heat through. Remove from heat. Sprinkle with bacon & remaining cheese.
