Mexican Corn Bread

Ingredients

• 1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
• 3 eggs
• 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
• 1/2 cup shredded cheese
• 1/4 cup diced onions
• 1/4 cup diced jalapeno peppers

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients. Grease 9x9 pan. Bake at 450 for 20-25 minutes.
