Ingredients
- 32 oz. broth of your choice (I use Vegetable)
- 2 green onions chopped
- 2 oz. sliced oyster mushrooms
- 1 t. soy sauce
- 1 t. sesame oil
- 2 eggs beaten
- chow mein noodles
- salt & pepper to taste

Step 1
In a stock pot add the first five ingredients. Cover and simmer for about 20 minutes. Add the egg mixture and stir until combined. Let stand for a couple of minutes. Garnish with noodles and serve.
