Ingredients
- 1 lb. chicken breasts
- 3 peppers - green, red and yellow sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- Flour or corn tortillas
- Sour cream, cheese, guacamole
Preparation
Step 1
1. Slice peppers, put in bottom of crock pot.
2. Put chicken on top of peppers and onions.
3. Sprinkle taco seasoning on top.
4. Cook on low 6-8 hours or high 3-4 hours.
Shred everything up and mix together and then serve with tortillas and toppings.
