Ingredients
- 1 pkg (1 lb) linguine
- 3/4 c butter or margarine
- 2 tbs finely chopped onion
- 1 small clove garlic,crushed
- 2 tbs chopped parsley
- 1/2 c grated parmesan cheese
Preparation
Step 1
1)cook linguine as pkg label directs.
2) meanwhile, melt butter in small saucepan. add onion and garlic, simmer 5 minutes, keep warm.
3) drain linguine, and place on a serving platter. pour sauce over all; sprinkle with parsley; toss gently. sprinkle with parmesan and serve immediately.
