Chocolate Brownies

I love chocolate brownies but could never make them just right...this recipe is just right! Crunchy on the outside and soft in the middle.

Ingredients
- 125 g butter
- 1 1/2 cup caster sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 2 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup plain flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup white choc bits
Preparation
Step 1
Stir in sugar, cocoa, vanilla and salt.
Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
Quickly whisk in eggs.
Mix in choc bits.
Spoon the mixture into a greased and lined 18 x 28cm slab tin.
The mixture will seem soft but will harden on cooling.
The choc bits will melt a little when you stir them into the mixture.
