Stir Fried Sriracha Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp (peeled and cleaned)
  • 1 tbls Sriracha Sauce
  • 1 tbls Oyster Sauce
  • 2 tbls butter
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 c green onions, sliced
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1 Jamaican long pepper, chopped fine

Preparation

Step 1

1. Marinate shrimp in sriracha sauce, oyster sauce, salt and pepper for 5 minutes.

2. Place wok or skillet over med-high heat, melt butter then saute garlic until softened and fragrant (1 minute).

3. Add the Jamaican long pepper and green onions and saute aromatics for another minute.

4. Add shrimps in to the saute-ed aromatics and toss or stir fry. Cook for no longer then 2 minutes or until shrimps curl up (shrimps can over cook in a matter of seconds).

5. Serve with steamed rice.
