Dressing for Greek Salad

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp oregano (I use 1 tsp)
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper (I use more)
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbs lemon juice

Step 1


Put the vinegar, salt, pepper, and oregano in blender or food processor. Turn on and slowly add the olive oil in a thin stream. Add the lemon juice. Sometimes mine separates on standing and sometimes not. Either way, it tastes the same - just shake before using.
