Ingredients
- 4 C. torn romaine lettuce
- 1 C. chopped green pepper
- 1 C. chopped celery
- 1 (10 oz.) bag frozen peas, thawed
- 3 C. torn fresh spinach
- 2 C. chopped ham
- 3/4 C. mayonnaise
- 3/4 C. sour cream
- 1 C. shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

Preparation
Step 1
1. Layer first six ingredients, in order, in a large bowl or trifle dish.
2. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and sour cream.
3. Season to taste with salt and pepper and spread over ham.
4. Sprinkle cheese and bacon on top. Cover and chill up to 24 hours before serving.
