Step 1
DIRECTIONS
1. Place ribs in a 5-quart slow cooker.
2. In a medium bowl, combine hoisin sauce,
preserves, scallions, sesame seeds, Szechuan seasoning and ginger. Pour sauce over ribs and stir to
coat evenly.
3. Coverandcookon low heat setting for
6 to 8 hours.
