  • I bottle (20-ounce)

  • hoisin sauce, Lee

  • Kum Kee®

  • ½

    cup apricot preserves,

  • Smucker’s®

  • 3

    scallions (green

  • onions), chopped

  • 2

    tablespoons toasted

  • sesame seeds, Sun Luck®

  • 2

    tablespoons Szechuan

  • seasoning

  • 1

    tablespoon bottled

  • chopped ginger,

  • Christopher Ranch®

Directions

DIRECTIONS 1. Place ribs in a 5-quart slow cooker. 2. In a medium bowl, combine hoisin sauce, preserves, scallions, sesame seeds, Szechuan seasoning and ginger. Pour sauce over ribs and stir to coat evenly. 3. Coverandcookon low heat setting for 6 to 8 hours.
