    heads Bibb or Boston lettuce rinsed, spun dry

  • 1

    bunch watercress tough stems

  • discarded, rinsed and spun dry

    English cucumber peeled, and thinly sliced

    radishes washed, and thinly sliced

  • 1

    recipe Green Goddess Dressing (see recipe)

Directions
