Jeff's Grapenut Pudding

Ingredients

• 1 dozen eggs
• 2 C. sugar
• half gallon of milk
• vanilla
• nutmeg
• cinnamon
• grapenut cereal

Preparation

Step 1

Mix in a bowl eggs, sugar , nutmeg, cinnamon.
Par boil milk don't scourch.

Slowly add milk to egg mixture while whipping.

In a pyrex cover bottom with grapenuts,add the egg mixture over top slowly, then layer grapenuts on top.

Put on cookie sheet with water on bottom and cook on 350 for 45 mins. until center is firm
