- 1/4 cup extra-virgin or pure olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

Step 1
In a small saucepan, bring garlic and oil to a simmer, cook at a low simmer 9 to 11 minutes, until garlic is soft.
Stir in spices and remove from heat; let cool. Transfer to a mini-food processor and purée until smooth. Add lemon juice and salt; purée again briefly to combine.
