Mock Ravioli

Ravioli

Ingredients

  • 1 Lb Ground beef
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 cans tomatoe sauce
  • 1 can tomatoe paste
  • 1-1/2 cups water
  • 1 Can drained mushrooms
  • 1 Tsp Italian herbs
  • 2 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 Tsp garlic (to taste)
  • 1 Pkg Frozen spinach (chopped and drained)
  • 1/2 - 1 Lb grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 Tsp sage
  • 4 Eggs (well beaten)
  • 1 Large package bowtie macaroni (cooked)

Preparation

Step 1

Brown ground beef and onions (drain)

In large pan add:
Brown ground beef and onions
Tomatoe sauce
Tomatoe paste
Water
Mushrooms
Italian herbs
salt
pepper
garlic
Cook for 2 hours

After above is cooked add:
Spinach
Cheddar cheese
sage
eggs

Layer above into greased 9X13 dish.
(Macaroni, Sauce, macaroni, Sauce.)

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes
