Tequilla Lime Chicken

Ingredients
- MARINADE:
- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lime
- juice (3-4 limes)
- 1/4 Gold Tequilla
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange
- juice
- 1 1/2 tsp chili powder & minced
- garlic
- 1 1/2 tsp seeded jalapeno
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly gr pepper
- 6 boneless chicken breasts,
- (skin on, 6-8 oz ea)
- 1 tsp ea salt & pepper

Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix marinade in lg ziplock. Add chicken, turn to coat & refrig at least 12 hours or overnight.
2. Heat outdoor grill. Remove breasts from marinade and sprinkle w/ s&p. Discard marinde.
3. Grill skin down 5 min or until brownd. Turn; cook 10 min until cooked through. Remove to a platter, cover tightly & let rest for 5 min.
serve with gaucamole
