Ingredients
- 1/2 C. Butter, melted
- 1/4 C. dried, minced Onion
- 16 oz. pkg. Frozen Hash Brown potatoes
- 1 (8oz.+) can cooked Chicken, drained
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 1/2 C. Milk
- 1 C. Cheddar Cheese, grated
- 1/4 t. Pepper
- 1 C. Cheese Cracker Crumbs, divided
Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients except half of the cracker crumbs. Transfer to a small 3-5 qt. slow cooker. Top with remaining cracker crumbs.
Cover and cook on high heat 3-4 hours, or low heat 6-8 hours.
