Crockpot Chicken and Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 C. Butter, melted
  • 1/4 C. dried, minced Onion
  • 16 oz. pkg. Frozen Hash Brown potatoes
  • 1 (8oz.+) can cooked Chicken, drained
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 1/2 C. Milk
  • 1 C. Cheddar Cheese, grated
  • 1/4 t. Pepper
  • 1 C. Cheese Cracker Crumbs, divided

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients except half of the cracker crumbs. Transfer to a small 3-5 qt. slow cooker. Top with remaining cracker crumbs.

Cover and cook on high heat 3-4 hours, or low heat 6-8 hours.
