Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 1-1/2 tbsp. minced onion
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup grated Sharp cheese
  • 1 cup bread crumbs

Preparation

Step 1

Cook broccoli as directed and drain well. Add soup and mayo, mix well. Add well beaten eggs and minced onion. Pour into casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese and put bread crumbs on top. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes. Can be refrigerated until ready for use
