  • 2 pieces bread, toasted
  • vegan cream cheese red pepper spread or red pepper hummus
  • a few pinches of golden flax seeds
  • vegetables (any that you want - I enjoy the following)
  • cucumber, sliced
  • peppers, sliced
  • tomatoes, sliced
  • avocado, sliced
  • onion, sliced

Step 1

) Toast the bread. Spread with vegan cream cheese and red pepper spread. Sprinkle with flax seeds and add veggies. Enjoy
