Ingredients
- 2 pieces bread, toasted
- vegan cream cheese red pepper spread or red pepper hummus
- a few pinches of golden flax seeds
- vegetables (any that you want - I enjoy the following)
- cucumber, sliced
- peppers, sliced
- tomatoes, sliced
- avocado, sliced
- onion, sliced

Step 1
) Toast the bread. Spread with vegan cream cheese and red pepper spread. Sprinkle with flax seeds and add veggies. Enjoy
