  • 12 eggs, brought to room temp
  • apple cider vinegar
  • mayo
  • sugar
  • sweet relish
  • dill relish
  • Cavendar's seasoning
  • paprika

Preparation

Step 1

Arrange eggs in single layer in large pot. Fill with just enough cold water to cover eggs. Add a little kosher salt. Bring water to a boil on medium heat. After water boils, cook for 10 minutes. Drain water from pot. Fill with ice, then cold water. Add eggs back in. After fully cooled peel, wash & dry eggs. Cut in half, scoop out yolks into mixing bowl. Add vinegar, mayo & sugar to taste. Add a little dill & sweet relish (more dill than sweet). Fill shells & sprinkle with paprika. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
