Spinach Dip

Ingredients

• 1 pkg. Knorr leek soup mix
• 1 bunch scallions
• 1 c. mayonnaise
• 1 pt. sour cream
• 1 can sliced water chestnuts
• 1 pkg. chopped spinach
• 2 cloves garlic, minced

Preparation

Step 1

Squeeze out as much water as possible from the packaged spinach. Chop up scallions and the water chestnuts. Mix everything together in a bowl and chill. Serve with chunks of sour dough bread or French bread.
