Chicken with Durkee's

Ingredients

  • 3 whole chickens, cut in half
  • 1 pound margarine
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 2 10 oz. jars Durkee's Dressing
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 3/4 cup vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 quart water, maybe a little more
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1


Melt margarine in large pan. Add Durkee's and mustard using a little water until blended.
Add lemon juice, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Water may vary.
Allow chicken to brown on both sides before dipping in sauce.
