  • 2 1/2 cups BROKEN UP spaghetti
  • 4 cups COOKED * CHICKEN (TURKEY)
  • 1/2 cup DICED * PIMIENTO
  • 1/2 cup CHOPPED * GREEN PEPPER
  • 1 cup CHOPPED (SMALL) onions
  • 2 * CAN UNDILUATED CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP
  • 1 cup OR WATER broth
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 1/2 cups GRATED (ABOUT I LB.) cheddar cheese

Step 1

COOK SPAGHETTI. PLACE CHICKEN, PIMIENTO, GREEN PEPPER, AND ONION IN CASSEROLE.
ADD SOUP AND BROTH OR WATER. ADD SALT AND PEPPER AND 2 1/2 CUPS CHEESE.
LIGHTLY TOSS IN COOKED SPAGHETTI UNTIL WELL BLENDED.
SPRINKLE REMAINING CHEESE OVER TOP AND BAKE UNTIL BUBBLY THROUGHOUT.
( ABOUT 45 MINUTES AT 350 DEGREES.
